Q - How much time do you need to set up the bouncy castles, soft play and party equipment?

A - If you are hiring a children's Bouncy Castle we ask for 20 minutes, if you hire one of our Soft play sets Package 1 or Package 2 this can be set up within 20-30 minutes as we like to clean before use. If you are hiring our Package 3 Children's Bouncy Castle and Softplay then we usually ask for 30-45 minutes as we have a lot of items to bring in and clean. Please note if we are unable to park directly outside the hall or venue then please allow more time.

Q - How much deposit do you require to book?

A - We always ask for a £30.00 non refundable deposit to book a Children's Bouncy Castle or any order under £100.00. To book anything else over £100.00 then we ask for a slightly larger deposit of £50.00 which is also non refundable once paid. Please note all deposits paid are deducted off the party total and the balance is paid cash on delivery. For example Package 2 is £120.00 to hire, with a £50.00 deposit paid it leaves a balance of £70.00 cash to be paid on delivery.

Q - How far in advance should I book?

A - We always recommend booking as soon as you can, we can never tell when the next booking is going to come in and we do not hold any spaces open unless you have spoken to us and awaiting for a venue to confirm the hall availability then we are happy to hold for a short while.

Q - What areas do you deliver to?

A - We are located in Greenhithe, Dartford and we offer a free delivery service within 10 miles of our home address DA9. If you are outside the free delivery zone then we charge a small amount for delivery but only to cover our fuel costs as we are a fair company and value all the work we receive. We cover a lot of Bouncy Castle Hires in Dartford, Gravesend, Medway and Bexley. Please call us on 07810 411155 if you wish to receive a delivery quote.

Q - Can adults go on the Children's Bouncy Castles?

A - We get asked this quite a lot and I'm afraid Adults cannot go on the Children's Bouncy Castles. Our Children's Bouncy Castles are suitable up to the age of 12 only. We do have an Adult Bouncy Castle which is available to hire, it is much safer for all the family to use with a larger area inside to bounce around.

Q - Can Bouncy Castles be used inside?

A - Yes, Bouncy Castles can be used inside but please check with the hall the internal height of the ceiling as we cannot set up if the Bouncy Castle does not have safe clearance from ceiling lights, fans etc as we do not want to be responsible for any damage caused.

Q - What if the Bouncy Castle doesn't fit on delivery?

A - We do ask that all customers measure their gardens or halls and allow enough space for safe usage. All measurements are clearly listed on the Bouncy Castle description and if unsure please call us on 07810 411155. Please note if we are unable to set up you will be charged 50% of the hire to cover wages and fuel costs.

Q - What preparation would I need to make before you set up for a garden hire?

A - We ask all customers to clear the side access, so we can safely bring the inflatable through to your garden, if you do not have a side access please make us aware before booking. If we have to come through your house then please note we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. We ask that all customers clean up any animal mess before we arrive, any sharp stones or objects are removed, all animals are kept away from our inflatables. Please have the correct cash ready on delivery.

Q - What if the equipment is damaged whilst on hire?

A - Like any other hire agreement, you are solely responsible for safe usage, all equipment should be returned how it was when delivered and if broken or damaged under your supervision you will be responsible to pay the full amount to have it replaced or repaired. We buy the top of the range equipment so our customers can benefit the most and all we ask is that it is well looked after.

Q - Are you fully insured?

A - YES, we treat are business very seriously with the highest safety in mind. We hold Public Liability Insurance up to 5 million pounds which covers us for the equipment we set up. Please note we are not responsible for any injuries caused by dangerous play. All of our Inflatables are RPII checked annually and we can provide on request and all electrics PAT tested.
