A massive thank you. I hired a bouncy castle, soft play and roller coaster for my daughters 1st birthday party and it didn’t disappoint. Set up was quick and all children of all ages really enjoyed what we had available. He even went above and beyond his call of duty when I was struggling to open the door to the hall we hired. All in all I would highly recommend.

I booked Charlie's (Swanley region) only based on Google reviews (so thanks for those who left one). Indeed a great service, very organized, with email confirming the booking and SMS days before the event saying the times to drop off and pick-up (which were sharply followed), bouncy castle was very clean and as the picture on the website, good price, and Charlie also gave clear instructions on the day, in addition to being a very friendly guy.

So we really recommend the company (well deserved 5 stars), and would hire again in the future.

Superb! Last weekend's hire was perfect. They arrived and picked up at the exact agreed time, the Bouncy Castle was spotless and clean (with no mouldy smell which we have experienced with other companies in the past). They even covered up the grass area for us with a large tarpaulin sheet. Very happy and look forward to hiring from you again.

Had my son's first birthday on Sunday and these guys supplied all the soft play and bouncy castle. I was over the moon and staff were so friendly, communicated with me even when I thought the weather wasn't gonna be on my side. They phoned to arrange an alternative. From point of contact via email and the website all through the order process and booking confirmation the service that I received was polite, efficient, fast, professional and basically a pleasure.

All my questions were answered fully and my initial worries were put at ease immediately leaving me to look forward to the party in due course and relieve me of any unnecessary stress!

On the day the gentleman turned up ahead of schedule and set everything up for me neatly and in good time; he was very personable, polite and friendly and the collection went the same way – brilliant.

This is one happy mummy & I can confirm that not only did I have a very happy 2 year old but we had many other happy children too who thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

Cheeky Charlie's soft play really made my sons birthday party one to remember!!
The guy turned up on time, polite and professional , he then set up quickly and left everything clean and tidy before he left, leaving behind clear instructions and the amazing jungle run! I also hired the didi cars and other toys, which were all clean and in good working order, all the kids had so much fun and Charlie's soft play was a huge hit!
I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be using therm again.
